
Thank you for sharing information about your family with us. Your info is kept secure on our database. Your financial records are only seen by our Financial Director to process giving. If you are a member, your name and contact info will be shown on the directory unless you choose not to be listed. Staff and Group Leaders can see who is in your family, membership data, and attendance. We are re-launching our ACS Realm database this fall and want to ensure that we have authentic, accurate information. The new database launch will feature a church directory, downloadable group family directories, and a user guide to help you better use the system with both Apple and Android screenshots. The app is designed to show basic info, post a gift, read communications from Staff and Group Leaders, register and check-in to events, and view the directory. You will need to login via a web browser to updated your information or run reports on your giving.
We start with a quick survey to verify how connected you are and to see how we can be of service to you and your family. This information will only be seen by staff.
We have provided fields on the form for your entire family. Every place there is an “add” button, you can add additional entries (children, emails, phones, etc.) We ask that you enter as much info as you can. There are places for you to upload individual photos and a family photo. If you don’t know a date, don’t worry about it! We are just trying to get to know you better.
